About R\u00fcut Glazing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00fcut Glazing specialises in supplying and installing premium aluminium glazing solutions, including windows, doors, bifold doors, sliding doors, rooflights, entrance doors, gable windows, and related glazing products for residential and commercial properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Acceptance of Terms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By using our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Quotations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices may change after the quotation expires due to material, supplier, or market price fluctuations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A quotation does not constitute a legally binding agreement until accepted by both parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Orders<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders become confirmed once accepted by R\u00fcut Glazing and any required deposit has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications, colours, finishes, and product selections are accurate before approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any changes requested after production has commenced may result in additional costs and extended lead times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Measurements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where measurements are supplied by the customer, R\u00fcut Glazing cannot accept responsibility for products that do not fit due to inaccurate dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we carry out a professional site survey, our measurements will be used for manufacturing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Payment Terms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposits may be required before manufacturing begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Late payments may result in delays to manufacturing, delivery, or installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ownership of all goods remains with R\u00fcut Glazing until full payment has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50% deposit payment + 40% 1st day of installtion + 10% after finished.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Manufacturing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many of our products are manufactured to order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because products are custom-made to customer specifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manufacturing cannot begin until final approval has been received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once manufacturing has started, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor manufacturing tolerances are normal and do not constitute defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe provided. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manufacturing schedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport disruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circumstances beyond our reasonable control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00fcut Glazing will not be liable for losses resulting from reasonable delivery delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Installation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where installation services are provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safe and reasonable access to the property must be available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The work area should be cleared before installation begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional work required due to unforeseen site conditions may incur extra charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers should inspect the completed installation and report any concerns promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
